SHIPPING INFORMATION

Vangeliza ships retail orders internationally to destinations covered by our available courier network, including Europe, the USA and many other countries worldwide.

Customers may use a shipping service arranged by Vangeliza or, where applicable, request that their prepared order be handed over to their own contracted courier or logistics provider.

International shipping charges are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated otherwise.

After the product payment has been confirmed, your order is first prepared and packed. The final package weight and dimensions can only be determined once this packing process has been completed.

The international shipping charge is calculated separately after packing, based on the final package weight, dimensions, destination country and selected shipping service.

Your final shipping cost will then be communicated to you separately. Your order will be dispatched only after the applicable shipping charge has been paid.

This means that payment for the products does not automatically include the international freight charge. Where Vangeliza arranges the shipment, the freight amount is confirmed separately after your order has been packed.

Orders placed on weekends or official public holidays are processed on the next business day.

For Europe and the USA, estimated delivery generally takes 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and selected shipping service.

Customs clearance, local authorities, courier operations and public holidays may affect actual delivery times.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available so you can follow the progress of your shipment.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, handling charges or other costs imposed in the destination country.

All duties, taxes, customs charges and other costs arising in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Customers are responsible for checking the import regulations and customs requirements applicable in their country before placing an order. Vangeliza does not determine or control charges imposed by customs authorities, courier companies or other local parties.

Please ensure that your shipping address, telephone number and contact details are complete and accurate. Vangeliza cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Vangeliza provides international wholesale clothing shipping from Istanbul, Türkiye and can assist B2B customers with flexible logistics solutions according to the destination, order volume and delivery requirements.

Wholesale shipments may be arranged through international courier services, road freight or sea freight, depending on the destination and shipment characteristics.

Wholesale customers are welcome to use their own contracted courier company, freight forwarder or logistics provider.

Once the order has been prepared and packed, our team can deliver the shipment to the customer's designated courier or logistics provider, or coordinate collection and handover according to the agreed shipping arrangement.

If you do not have your own logistics provider or prefer Vangeliza to arrange transportation, we can request a suitable shipping quotation through our available courier or logistics partners.

We work with international courier and logistics providers and can evaluate express courier, road freight and sea freight options where available.

Vangeliza also has a corporate agreement with DHL Express, which allows us to request competitive express shipping quotations when DHL is an appropriate option for the shipment.

Shipping costs depend on the destination, transportation method, total shipment weight, package dimensions and number of packages.

After the wholesale order has been confirmed and packed, the final shipment weight and package dimensions are determined. The applicable freight charge is then calculated separately.

The final freight quotation is communicated to the customer after packing. Where Vangeliza arranges transportation, the shipment is dispatched only after the confirmed freight charge has been paid.

Shipping costs are therefore not automatically included in the product total unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Wholesale orders are prepared after order confirmation and product payment. Once packing is complete, the final freight charge can be calculated based on the actual shipment details.

Where Vangeliza arranges transportation, dispatch takes place after both the required product payment and the separately confirmed freight charge have been received.

Shipping quotations can normally be calculated within 1–2 business days once the final shipment details are available. Weekends and official public holidays are not considered business days.

For eligible shipments within the scope of the EU–Türkiye Customs Union, an A.TR Movement Certificate may be prepared where applicable.

Preparation of A.TR and other required customs documentation may require approximately 2–3 additional business days.

The applicability of A.TR depends on the goods, destination and relevant customs requirements. Customers and importers remain responsible for confirming the import requirements applicable to their destination and shipment.

Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, handling charges or other costs arising in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer or importer, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

For wholesale shipments to Europe and the USA, estimated transportation time is generally 2–5 business days when express courier services are used, depending on the destination and service selected.

Road and sea freight delivery times vary according to the destination, route and logistics service.
