CANCELLATION, RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At Vangeliza, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive your order, provided that the item meets our return conditions.

Please note: This 30-day return policy applies exclusively to retail (B2C) consumer purchases. Wholesale (B2B) orders are governed by commercial terms specified in Section 5.

1. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders that have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse may be cancelled immediately through your "My Account" page or by contacting our Customer Support team.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled in transit. If you wish to return the item, please receive the package first and follow our standard return procedure.

2. RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS (RETAIL / B2C)

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following criteria must be met:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original product tags, labels, and hygiene seals must remain attached.
The original product packaging must be undamaged and suitable for resale.
The original invoice or delivery note must be included inside the package.

Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted for items that:

Have been worn, used, washed, or altered;
Have stains, physical damage, or makeup marks;
Carry perfume, deodorant, smoke, or any other distinct odors;
Are missing original labels or packaging.

3. RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Log in to your "My Account" page, navigate to your order history, select the relevant item(s), and submit your return or exchange request.

Step 2: Ship the Item

Once your request is authorized, you will receive return instructions and a shipping code/label. Please pack the item securely and send it via our designated courier partner.

For eligible retail (B2C) returns and exchanges complying with our policy conditions, standard return shipping fees are covered by Vangeliza.

4. REFUND PROCESS

Once your returned package arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected by our Quality Control team within 2 business days.

Approval & Processing: If approved, your refund will be issued within 3 business days using the original payment method (processed through our secure payment gateway, Iyzico).
Card / Bank Reflection Time: Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 1 to 7 business days for the credit to reflect in your account statement.
Wire Transfers: For purchases paid via direct bank transfer, refunds will be credited to the IBAN provided during the return request.

5. WHOLESALE (B2B) ORDERS

The 30-day unconditional return policy applies strictly to individual retail (B2C) consumers under consumer protection laws. Wholesale (B2B) orders are governed by commercial trade laws and statutory B2B sales agreements. Returns or cancellations for wholesale orders are accepted only in the case of verified manufacturing defects or wrong shipments reported upon delivery.
